Hi! I'm Gary Eschenburg, owner of Ground Source Contractors, Inc.
Ground Source Contractors are experts in Geothermal Heating and
Cooling systems and can install heat pumps, water furnaces, and more throughout southeastern Pennsylvania and parts of New Jersey.
Ground Source Contractors, Inc. can not only install and service your WaterFurnace® system, but we can also install the interior and exterior looping. We also do looping for other HVAC companies. And unlike many new "green energy" companies, we have more than 20 years of experience installing and maintaining geothermal systems.
Another service we offer is Infiltrometer testing (also known as "blower door" testing). This test will tell you how tight or lose your home is. A home that is too tight will not have enough air changes for proper health. One that is too loose (which is what we find in most cases) will cause high utility bills, rooms that are hard to heat or cool, and/or high levels of dust. Once your problems are identified, you can fix the leaks yourself, hire another contractor to do the repairs, or get a quote from us to solve the problems. If we do the work, retesting is free after the work is completed.
I am the former owner of All Temp Heating & Cooling, a small family-owned HVAC business based in Perkasie, Pennsylvania. I kept the company small in order to ensure that all jobs were done with quality, and that all customers were treated with respect. All Temp installed and serviced gas, oil, and air-to-air heat pumps, boilers, radiant floor systems, and geothermal heat pumps.
Before I went into business in 1989, my goal was to specialize in geothermal heating and cooling. Well, it has taken a long time, but now, with Ground Source Contractors, Inc., it has finally happened.
My philosophy has always been to install only the best equipment and materials on my jobs, so that is why I choose to install WaterFurnace equipment. Over the years, I have serviced many brands of geothermal units, and I have not found a product that is built better than a WaterFurnace®.
